Sky Harbor Leasing Information
Fees:
Ready to choose Sky Harbor? Fill out an application and pay an application fee of $35.
A $300 deposit is required with approved credit.
Terms:
We offer flexible leasing terms. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Water and Electric:
Residents are responsible for their own electric and water usage.
Cable Television:
Feel free to kick back and watch tv—each unit is cable-ready.
Laundry:
No need to head out to a laundromat. We have washer and dryer connections in each unit. Residents may rent a washer and dryer for $45 per month (with a three month minimum).
Pets:
We have pet friendly apartments —with just a few rules. We welcome cats or dogs, with a limit of two pets. There is a breed restriction and weight limit for dogs. We require a record of health for your fuzzy friend with a deposit and monthly fee.
A $150 deposit is required for cats; rent is $20 per cat. Dogs who weigh 10 pounds or less require a $150 deposit and $20 rent. Dogs 11 pounds and over require a $300 deposit and a $35 rent.
Furniture Rental:
Here on business or simply don’t want to buy furniture? Rent from us! We offer furniture rental packages; please contact a leasing consultant for more information.
Account Management:
We make it easy for our residents to manage their accounts online with napLife Resident Portal, where you can schedule maintenance requests, pay your rent (via checking account or by credit card), view your account history, check out upcoming local events and more.
